Shipping Policy

EFFECTS OF COVID-19: 

While we are devoted to supplying our consumers with high-quality appliances, we recognize that we are living in unusual times. We're doing our best to stick to our shipping times, but expect some order processing and shipment delays. Monday through Friday, orders are handled. Orders may be delayed up to 10 days due to COVID-19 safety precautions at our warehouse.. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We have no control over customs and thus cannot be held liable for any delays that may arise. You will receive tracking information as soon as it is made accessible to us.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (excluding weekends and public holidays)

a) 7 to 16 business days in the United States (tracking system available)

b) 7 to 21 business days for the rest of the world (tracking system available varies)

Delay in delivery – in extremely rare cases, shipments may take longer than the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery times or any unexpected delays that may occur along the way, and we appreciate your tolerance and understanding if this happens. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, we will mail out a replacement package.

This is especially true during the busy holiday seasons at the end of the year (November to December months), as well as during promotions and other events.

PROCESSING VS. SHIPPING TIME

Please keep in mind that processing time (4-6 business days) is not the same as shipping time and should be factored into the overall delivery time. Orders are typically processed in 4-6 business days (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been finalized, your parcel will be picked up by our shipping provider for dispatch. Our website will send you an email with your online tracking details.

Processing Time - in extremely unusual circumstances, processing time may exceed the specified estimated time limit. Processing time may take longer during peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or other events. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We will not be able to cancel an order after 30 minutes because it may have already been processed. If you'd like to cancel an order that you've just placed, please contact us as soon as possible at autoglammirror.com.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS 

Any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of an erroneous or insufficient address are not our responsibility.

When you receive your order confirmation email, if you find an erroneous or inadequate address, please email us as soon as possible at autoglammirror.com with the amended information.
We are unable to amend the address once the order has been processed, and we are not liable for inaccurate or inadequate addresses.

REFUND POLICY​​​

We usually do not offer product refunds because we state the delivery time for each product as well as the product description on each product page, and it is up to the client to study this information and ultimately be the one who purchases. However, if you believe your goods has been damaged, you can send us clear evidence in the form of images of the product, packaging, and your customer information so that our team can dispute the issue based on the resolution.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES 

Customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Please inquire about fees with your local customs agency. Please keep in mind that customs agents may delay the arrival of select products on rare instances.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

An order may be split into many shipments in various cases for any of the following reasons:
- Some goods may be on backorder
- The post office has weight restrictions for standard shipping
- Different designers/warehouse locations (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
